Q. Are there any hidden costs?
A. None at all, the price your quoted is the price you pay for your mobile application to be designed, tested and deployed on the target devices, after the first year it’s just £20 a month (or £200 a year if paid upfront) to keep your application listed on the app stores with vital updates included.
Q. How long will it take to get my new mobile app?
A. This can vary greatly on the complexity of the application and required features, after discussing your needs with us we can give you a quote which will give you an idea of development time. You will be kept up to date throughout the process so you know exactly whats happening at all times
Q. Will you maintain my mobile application for me?
A. We provide vital updates as part of the mobile application hosting cost, if your application or parts of it need regular updates we can include a CMS to allow you to make changes or we can provide regular updates with us for an additional cost
Q. How much input will i have?
A. A lot. Your input and feedback is integral to building you a mobile application that you really love. We start by finding out what your needs and likes are and use this to develop a bespoke mobile app built to your requirements
Q. Can i put the apps on my own play store and ios stores?
A. Of course, if you prefer to put the application on your own IOS or google play store accounts that’s fine with us and we can even help you do it, just be aware this will mean important emails about application updates will go to you rather than us and it will mean you need to pay for the accounts directly to Apple and Google to keep them live.
Q. When do i have to pay?
A. There is a 50% deposit payable before work starts on the app with the rest being due on completion. After the first year there is a charge to keep the app live on the app stores, this is payable monthly or yearly in advance for a discount
